These terms apply to the websites operated by Nebula Team Pty Ltd ("Nebula Team", "we", "us"), including our client portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Nothing on our websites is an offer to supply services. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on our websites.

5. Client portal

The client portal is only for people we have approved. You must keep your sign-in details secure and not share your access. By submitting information through the portal, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

6. Remote support software

Our remote support software is provided only for use with our support services. By installing it, you allow our technicians to access your device during a support session. The software is also subject to its provider's licence terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content on our websites is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to. We encourage you to review their policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of our websites or our remote support software.
